• Portrait activation — every guest leaves with an AI fashion portrait on their phone (sponsor-watermarked, built for Stories)
• After-room — invite-only partner program post-runway — deals, press, talent
• Capture — multi-cam + grade + recap film engineered for press and sponsor deliverables
• Guests — 300–500 total · designers, CMOs, AI founders, buyers, trade press · no open door
