01
Context
Pattern is the world's largest Amazon seller — an IPO-stage ecommerce acceleration company where product, UX, and engineering have to move in lockstep across US, India, and UK. I held a dual-role as Head of Product and UX leadership while the company prepared for public markets.
My portfolio spanned Predict (digital shelf intelligence), Market Share analytics, and Destiny ad automation — platforms used by P&G and the largest enterprise sellers on the planet.
02
Challenge
Enterprise clients were drowning in data but starving for decisions. Four engineering teams, two-week sprint cadences across time zones, and stakeholder pressure through IPO meant every release had to earn adoption — not just ship.
Design research, testing, and iteration had to run at product velocity while maintaining the standards Pattern's advisory board and Fortune 50 clients expected.
03
Approach
I ran bi-weekly design reviews, scaled the global UX org, and integrated design directly into four dev teams simultaneously. Agile leadership with a two-week sprint cadence — adopted org-wide in India — kept product, engineering, RevOps, and advisory aligned.
For Predict and Market Share, I turned market analytics chaos into dashboards and workflows sellers could act on in minutes. For Destiny, I partnered with engineering on AI-driven ad automation that allocated budget toward winnable, incremental growth.
