Design with a why.

Product, design & CX leadership

About

Stephany WITH a why

Complex in. Clarity out.

I turn impossible product problems into tools enterprise teams actually adopt — and design orgs that can ship them.

As an elementary student, I traded hand-drawn sketches of dogs and horses for snacks from my classmates' lunchboxes. I quickly learned that the law of supply and demand did not, contrary to the starving artist trope, exclude creativity.

Product owner. Design leader. The person you call when it has to ship.

Pattern: Head of Product — dual-role UX + product leadership. Global teams across US, India, UK. Led Predict, Destiny, Digital Shelf, and Market Share through IPO.

Front Row: Scaled product from 3 to 25+. Industry parity in under a year. Discovery deck that became the roadmap.

I interpret chaos — P&L pain, stakeholder noise, four apps pretending to be one platform — and return clarity. Without ego. With love for the craft.

Core values

The through-line from lunchbox sketches to IPO-stage product orgs.

Thoughtfulness

I work with thoughtful anticipation of others, strong concepts, and rock-solid rationale. I believe all design must be done with thoughtful consideration.

Social responsibility

I do everything with a good moral compass. I do not contribute to design pollution — my hope is to leave the world, client, project, and friend better than I found them.

Ambition

I have faith in my big ideas and make them happen with the resources on-hand. Self-driven, scrappy, and ruthless to the cause.

Love

Design is a labor of love — the only reason for doing it. Without love, this trade ceases to be more than mere decoration; love transcends time.

Timelessness

My designs are not to be affected by the passage of time or changes in trend. Work that sustains through message, authenticity, and accuracy toward its subject matter.
